Compressors from EXPERT series were equipped with microprocessor panel of control system. Panel shows information in Polish.It informs the user about compressor's operation mode. Easy-to-read digital display gives information about:
- occured faults of device by specific alarm code
- operating temperature of screw module
- total number of hours work under load
- panel has got fuction of memorising the faults
Pressure under your control
Pressure transmitter can change minimum and maximum pressure on control panel. Working pressure is displayed in Mpa scale.

Automation
Modern automation based on the highest quality components protects the compressor against:
- voltage drop in the electrical network

Compressor ventilation is placed in top cover.
Very effective ventilation is mechanically supported and placed in top cover. Thanks to that we can placed the compressor near the wall without worry that we block it.

Screw module is directly connected to engine
Compressor from the Expert series is made of the best pumping system components. It has got the best, on the market, efficiency index in the proportion to engine power. Thanks to the direct connection of engine with screw module, the compressor works the most effectively. Rotations on module are not mixed by belt drive, so the module rotates with the engine rotational speed. Despite of that it can work constantly, if we precisely select compressor to our needs.
System of oil-air filtration was refined what allows to gain low oil content in compressed air on the compressor output. Throughtout the period between services, the compressor has got efficiency on the highest level.
Engine in the newest technology
The engine was made in the newest, available technology which allows for engine ventilation during work. The whole case allows for constant ventilation. This solution directly connects engine with module, what allows to eliminate belt drive.
It is very important in screw compressor. As distinct from reciprocating compressors, the "screw ones" very like work and hence increase the compressor lifespan.
Sound-proof case
